HAVE YOU BEEN IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT?

When there are people injured in a traffic accident, the vehicles involved in the road accident are immobilized in the Judicial Deposit Centers as Material Evidence.

One of the requirements of the Prosecutor’s Office, to make partial removal of the vehicle, is to carry out a particular expert appraisal of the vehicle involved in the incident.

Our services include:

Forensic expertise in judicial deposit centers: We carry out a detailed report with the aim of photographically and topographically recording all the findings found in the visual inspection, as well as the verification of the systems and mechanical conditions of the vehicle.

Field work at the accident site: Law 2251, art. 16. Establishes that all those involved in Simple Accidents will have to collect the evidentiary material of the accident.

Our job is to collect the material evidence you need, through immediate reaction when the accident occurs, taking photographs of the event, obtaining witnesses, and other evidence that can be collected on site and at the time.

Traffic accident reconstruction: We carry out post-accident procedures at the scene, to take perimeter measurements and spatial references of the accident, in order to verify and confirm the information collected by traffic agents or highway police.

In addition, we carry out 3D reconstructions, which allow us to determine responsibilities, since these illustrations show the Judges, Prosecutors and technical defense how the events under investigation occurred, in manner, time and place.
